In 2021, researchers assessed the potential of Arbor’s Hemp Extract in a 90-day, randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled human study that measured a variety of physical factors, such as weight, BMI, girth, anxiety, appetite, pain, mood, etc.  Results from the sleep study concluded that participants taking active doses of Arbor Hemp Extract saw major improvements in sleep, especially deep sleep. By the end of the study, results showed that the non placebo group saw a reduction in inflammation, minor aches in addition to an increased level of relaxation. 100% of the 125 participants taking active doses of Arbor Hemp Extract, safely and naturally reduced their appetite and subjects reported an average hunger reduction of 61% with 40% less frequent food cravings.*
