As a 60 year old active skier my body has a hard time keeping up with my mind…which still thinks I am 25. At the recommendation of my 84 year old father, I tried Hemp Balm on my joints and muscles. On day one, I was a believer. I’m a massage therapist, and as I work on other’s bodies it’s inevitable that I also experience my own muscle fatigue. I had a kink in my back that was so painful that i was barely able to move and bend how i wanted. After applying this balm it not only lessened the pain but i think it also improved the recovery rate. After a few days of application i was fine, better even.
